Pa tax is asking for address of employer, I did rideshare for Uber and don't have an employer. How do I fix this?

If you are an Uber driver (versus getting paid by Uber with a W2), you are operating as a self-employed business and should be filing out Schedule C for both federal and PA state.  On the schedule C, you declare all income received and expenses related to that income.

It sounds like you are attempting to claim unreimbursed business expenses (PA Schedule UE).  That form is only for use by W2 employees.
