Overcoming Rejection of E-filed IRS Form-1040

I've used TurboTax for years.  This year my e-filed federal 1040 was rejected numerous times.  Every possible entry has always been correctly entered each I attempted to re-file - never had I entered anything incorrectly.  Am I stuck with having to mail via USPS?  I would appreciate speaking directly with one of TurboTax's experts to overcome this frustrating situation.  Archie

There is a possibility that the IRS does not have your 2020 AGI in their database.

Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file the 2021 tax return again.

OKAY.

But IRS confirmed the AGI as entered on my 2020 Form 1040.

Just refiled with your suggested ZERO in the AGI box.

You might also be concerned if you claimed Unemployment in 2020.

If you filed before the change (where part of unemployment was forgiven) the IRS SHOULD be using the AGI from your original 2020 1040 even if the IRS made the adjustment.
