Overcharged filing fee I had a discount through my bank and it was not applied

I had a $15 discount to use towards the price of filing my taxes with TurboTax that I received through my credit union. The discount was not applied. How do I go about getting this resolved because I’ve sent emails and have yet to hear anything from TurboTax.
