Outside section 1231 at-risk loss allowed from prior year flowing to form 4797, not supported

I am getting the "titled" error that something with form 4797 is still not supported... is this right; am I still waiting on an update from TT?  I did see that TT says form 4797 is available, but I'm still getting this error that "Sales of Business Property is currently not supported"
