Our Federal keeps getting rejected because Form 8862 is not completed correctly. The problem is we are not trying to claim previously rejected EIC. It won't let us fix

How do we get rid of the Form 8862 from the return?

Try deleting the Form 8862. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on Delete a form
