Our family taxes can't be filed because my son filed first using the turbo tax wizard which he clicked single and parents support him

but on the finished form, it did not indicate that someone can claim him as dependent. Now trying to fix and cannot

Sorry, you now have to print and mail your return. You don't have to wait for him to amend. Even if he amends, it won't release his ssn in the IRS system.
