"Oops! It Looks like we hit a snag."

I'm at the very last step of the process, on the File step. The prompts say there are 3 more steps to complete filing. When I click Step 1 I get this error message? "Oops! It Looks like we hit a snag." I have made sure I have internet connection. Is it possible the Turbo Tax servers are overloaded? can I sign in on another device to try from there? If I do so will all my work be lost? is it best to just wait?
