Oops it appears the was a drop in our connection

Anybody else getting this error message when trying to do taxes on here? It's very frustrating, I already tried every possible troubleshoot I can think of, clearing cache/cookies, trying from different devices i.e. tablet/phone, I even opened a new account and had to start all over all to no avail. Getting fed up with this. When I call customer support they are not very helpful just tell me it's my internet connection, even though I have great internet and even stream tv content from my roku with no interruptions.

This issue is usually caused by too many stock transfers. The workaround for this issue is to summarize your transactions or upgrade to TurboTax Deluxe.
