Only CASDI filled in on my W2 from a class action lawsuit

I received two different W2s from a class action lawsuit -- one with boxes 1-6 and 15-17 filled out and the other with only box 14 filled out for CASDI totaling $0.86. They have two different employee identification numbers. I am unable to file electronically because there is no amount on any other boxes for the latter W2. Am I able to include the CASDI on the former W2, even if they have different employee identification numbers?

No, don't add the amount in box 14 to your W-2 with a different EIN number.  What you can do is enter $1 in box 1 on the W-2 with the amount in box 14.  Entering $1 for box 1 will enable you to e-file, without any effect on your tax return.
