You are entitled to help and contacting TurboTax. You can do that by clicking Help in the top right corner.
I am supposed to be able to click for HELP in the upper right have corner of this page!!! Nothing happens.
While you are in the program you can click on the help button ... or ... you can post the question here for faster help ... or ...
