Once I filed my return for Arkansas electronically it had me print out a AR8453-OL but at the bottom of that form it says not to mail it in. Does in need to be mailed?

You would only need to mail the form in under certain circumstances.  If you are claiming the Developmental Disabilities credit for the first time or it's been 5 years since you were last certified Or you are filing for Other State Tax Credit.   You will know if it's time to recertify because you should receive a letter from the State of Arkansas.

If you don't need to mail the form, you should sign it and retain with your records, along with a copy of your return and any Forms reporting withholding.

If you need to mail the form, you can mail it to:

Arkansas Electronic Filing Group

P. O. Box 8094

Little Rock, AR 72203-8094

You can find this information by going to the Arkansas instructions for individual returns.  Scroll to page 24 of 33.
