on turbo tax deluxe, where can I enter in my farm expenses

Sorry you will need to upgrade to Premium to enter farm expenses.

As VolvoGirl mentioned, you will need TurboTax Premium to enter your farm expenses.  Once you have it, to enter your farm income and expenses, follow the steps below:

 

1. Go to the Wages & income section
2. Select Farm Income and Farm Rental
3. In the Tell Us About Your Farm or Farm Rental Income, make sure to select all the types of income you received
4. When you get to Your Farming Income and Expenses, select Visit All
5. In the next screen enter the income you received by category
