On the top of my page I'm having seen the total taxdue what does that mean is that money for the IRS or me?

Up in the refund monitor for federal?  Tax Due means you owe the IRS.  You have to pay that amount.  It would say Refund if you get a refund.

But at the end Turbo Tax shows you the net amount of federal and state combined.  That is only for your info.  Federal and state are completely separate.  You will get any refund and need to pay the full tax due.
