On the address part it does not give you the option to choose United States because it’s not available

When entering your address in the My Info/Personal Info section of the TurboTax program, the United States is the default country for the address.  

Assuming that you are using one of the TurboTax programs for the US.

 

If you are in Canada then you should be using one of the TurboTax Canadian editions. There should be a dropdown where you can indicate Foreign Country if you do not have a Canadian address.
