On Schedule B, what is CUSIP #? where do I find the cusip number? Is it same as the TAXID# for my brokerage/financial advisor ( I imported all my 1099 combined forms)?

CUSIP # refers to the registration number on some bonds you may hold.

Edit your 1099-INT Forms.  If any of those 1099-INT forms contain box 8 $$  (probably the 1099-INT you imported from a broker):

….1)   If you had only one tax-exempt bond, you enter it's CUSIP # in box 14

or

….2) If you held more than one Tax-exempt bond at that broker, and box 14 has "various" in it  (may have been imported that way), you need to make box 14, entirely blank on that 1099-INT.

I have TD Ameritrade,  I found the CUSIP # on my Detail For Interest Income page; ie the page that give how much interest you earned from cash not invested.  Turbo tax imported imported the amount so not sure why it asked for the CUISP #.
