On property tax says if paying in person bring entire tax bill. what does it mean on property tax? what should I bring? thank you

Thank you for joining us today.  It seems that you are wanting to pay your property tax bill in person at your local county tax office.  Property taxes are generally assessed on the value of buildings and/or land that we own. 

 

I would follow the instructions that you see on the property tax invoice.  Take your property tax bill with payment coupon if you decide to pay in your local office.

 

Many local tax offices offer online payments, payments via phone or mail.  You should contact your local tax assessor to understand the best option for you.
