On my w2 boxes 7-11 is blank so do i leave them blank or put a zero when filling out the info

If the box is blank on your W-2 you want to leave it blank in TurboTax also. You should always enter the tax information exactly as it shows on your forms.

If you a have a multipart paper W-2, be sure to check Copy 2 (State copy). Sometimes employers put the State wages on that part only.
