On my Mac, all fields, for the W-2, are not showing at the bottom of the page, and I cannot even move to the next page

I have tried several things and I cannot get Beyond box number 12 on my screen

We don't know what "several things" mean. So maybe you have tried the following or not.

 

If using Online TurboTax, the browser should have a zoom-out feature (perhaps under a View menu).   By using it to make the screen features smaller does it reveal the bottom boxes of the W-2 and the Continue button?    I know you are using a Mac, but in Windows there is also a Windows feature to zoom-out the screen.   I don't have Mac, so can't comment on that part.

maybe command key at the same time as - key ?

Also did you try Tab key which moves between fields?
