On my 2017 return where do I enter estimated tax payments for 2016 that were paid in 2017?

This estimated  payment was made in January, 2017 after calculating amounts due on stock sales in the fourth quarter of 2016.  Where in Turbo Tax can I enter this?

To enter your estimated tax payments you paid during 2017,  please follow the steps below.  If this is the 2016 estimated tax payment made in January 2017, you would need to amend your 2016 taxes.  It does not get reported on your 2017 taxes.

In TurboTax online program, go to:

1.  Sign back into the program and select Take me to my return

2.  At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in estimates paid and Enter

3.  Select Jump to estimates paid

4. On the screen, Estimates and Other Income Taxes Paid, select the right section to enter information

I have the Mac version of Turbo Tax Premier.  I did find this section, but the choices does not include 2016 estimated federal taxes paid in 2017.  The choices are:  federal, state, or local estimated taxes for 2017  and 2016 state or local estimated taxes paid in 2017.  Please advise where to enter for my situation.

Federal estimated tax for 2016 is reported on your 2016 tax return as a 2016 estimated tax for 2016.  You do not enter a 2016 estimated tax paid in 2017 on a 2017 tax return tax return.

State and local tax is there because those taxes can be deducted if paid in 2017.
