ON IN-2100 I am not getting credit for the carryover of the previous years overpayment

Last year I had an over-payment on my Indiana income tax which I elected to have carried over to this year. I selected to have it credited to the first quarter. This year on form IT-2100 I am not seeing a credit for this amount when calculating the quarterly check if a penalty is due. As a reslut underpayment is being calculated for the first quarter only and a penalty is projected. How can I have turbo tax recognize this credit?
