On a Mac AIr 13" laptop, I cannot scroll down to the bottom of some screens in the business section in the home and business version that is on my laptop. HELP!!!

If you're not able to scroll, you may need to maximize the window that you're working in.

Hopefully you'll be able to view  the entire page with this suggestion, all the best.

Maximizing the screen does not fix the problem.  I have a MacBook Pro, am having the same problem, and came here for help.
