On a 1099-B, is the sales price the same as the same as box 1d Proceeds and 6-Reported (G)ross or (N)et?

The figures in 1d and 6 are what you received from the sale of the stock. if that is what you mean by sales price.

Thank you, so 1d and 6, is the the sale price the same as "Proceeds, the amount of money from selling something before deducting any costs and/or charges?

Sale price would be the same as the proceeds in general, but I'd need to know where you are seeing those terms to be more specific.

proceeds is net after commissions and fees.

That makes it less than the sale price.

The amount on your 1099-B is the amount that goes on your tax return.
