On 4-17, I used TurboTax to calculate my refund as it was advertised as free. to my surprise, my credit card was charged for not filing taxes with the IRS.

I would like to clarify that I have never used your website to file my taxes, and the payment was processed even before I could file my taxes. Therefore, I was charged for a service that I did not request or receive.

I am kindly requesting a refund of the amount charged to my credit card. I hope to resolve this issue amicably and quickly, and I would appreciate your prompt response to this matter.

You will have to contact TurboTax support for this problem.  Use the key words Billing Issue when contacting support.
