On 1040 in the 1095a section, I placed the total in the “December” spot. I was to be refunded $1300, same amount as the overpayment. Didnt cancel out, says I owe $2k.

After you enter your Form 1095-A into TurboTax, it asks a few questions and then displays a summary screen.  This will show if you are eligible for a Premium Tax Credit and if it has already been paid in advance, or if it will be counted against your tax liability, or added to your refund.

Does it say you owe $2000 back on this screen? Or is that for the return in general. 
Is the $1300 on this screen?
