OK I'm kind of new to turbo tax this is basically the first time I've filed myself and this is for my 2021 refund that I've been waiting for and just got word

Randomly so I down loaded some documents and I'm basically just looking for someone who can help me understand the paper work so I can finally have access to by refund I would very much appreciate the assistance.
