If it is showing IN PROGRESS, that means you have not completed your state tax , you have to follow-through all the way to the end of it to e-file it, then submit untill it tells you it is completed , then on the first page of your return it will show accepted if accepted by the state you are filing , until then its not completed , we electronically send to that state we do not help you enter the information .
