O want to file electronically to the IRS and do not want the third party bank fee of $40. How do I do this?

In the File section of the program on Step 1, when you are asked to pay for the online account click on Pay with Credit Cared and DO NOT click on Pay with Federal Tax Refund.  The Pay with Federal Tax Refund option has a charge of $40 for using this option.
