You most likely used the desktop/download version previously. You can only file one return per account with Turbotax Online, so you will need to create a second account.

Unfortunately, no. This is because when using the online versions, you will have to start a new account with a new unique user ID for another tax return. The online editions are only good for completing one tax return per account and user ID. See the FAQ below to find out how you can create a new account:
