Now, I have a new computer and entering via my Intuit account, I cannot find my returns. Turbotax keeps sending me to start a new account.

I've prepared my 2024 returns, but they are nowhere to be found.

You may be logging into the wrong TurboTax account.  It happens a lot. You can use this link to check to see if you have another account.
