It depends - would you like a refund of your tax overpayment? If so, select apply none.
If you expect to need to make estimated payments in 2025 (meaning, your withholding form your paycheck will not cover your tax balance) you may want to apply your overpayment to 2025. This will decrease the required estimates, if any. If that doesn't apply to you, choose the option to apply none.
