Not receiving 6 digit code to finish taxes

You might want to check the spam in your email account.  If it isn't there, please check that your email address is listed correctly in TurboTax by following these steps:

  1. While in your TurboTax Account,
  2. Scroll down on the left hand side of your screen,
  3. Select Intuit Account, scroll down until you see your email address,
  4. Select Edit next to it to change.

TurboTax will not send you a code to finish your taxes. Are you referring to the self-select PIN at filing? Are you trying to log back into the software to complete your return and need a verification code? If you had a code sent to your email, be sure to check and junk or spam folders.
