Northwestern Mutual is coming through as "It looks like you have no tax forms" which is false. How do I rectify?

When you enter your bank login information, the software tries to connect to your bank to get your records. However, that is not always the case. You can contact your financial institution for a hard copy of your tax forms, or retrieve them as a PDF from your account and enter them manually.

That is not a good answer.  My son was successful with his turbotax and his northwestern mutual import.  Northwestern Mutual has indicated this is a turbo tax issue.

There was an update last night that MAY have solved your issue. Make sure you have the most updated software and try again.

I'm using online tool.  No changes, same error.

You might want to try the ideas below. You shouldn't be having problems anymore.

You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

  • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
  • Using a different browser
  • Opening an Incognito Window

Same results.  I tried the App, I tried Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge, cleared Cache/Cookies, temp files, used incognito mode.  I even removed special characters from password per a previous post.  I'm disappointed as I have used TurboTax for 5+ years without an issue importing Northwestern Mutual.
