Non Custodial Parent and Divorce Agreement

I filed my tax returns and received the code Reject Code R0000-507-01.

According to my divorce agreement, my ex and I alternate years in which to claim our 1 child.  2018 is my year in which to claim our child.  I went to claim her as a dependent.   I was asked "Do you have an agreement with the other parent about who can claim her?"  I click "Yes".  I am then asked "Is Jordan's other parent claiming the child per your legal agreement?"  I click "No" because it is my year.  I then get this "Good news!  Your child qualifies as your dependent."  I then file my return.  I then receive an email stating that my tax returns were rejected.  What do I do now?

Was Form 8332 included in the submission?  Under the tax law, the custodial parent claims the dependent unless this form is signed by the custodial parent.  The divorce decree has no bearing.  I'm guessing that since it must be signed, you cannot e-file and must mail it in.
