@TurboTaxTylerH You can't take a picture of a W2 online, only with the mobile app, see the following

Thank you for contacting AnswerXchange. Using a photo of your w2 is a new feature for customers using the TurboTax Mobile App which makes it easier to import your info directly from your employer.

If Turbo Tax doesn't recognize your employer's EIN number for any reason, you will have the option to take a picture of your w2 using your smartphone.
