No matter how many times I review my federal complete check some items will not go away and still state I needs reviews. What is going on?

I don't know your situation, but I had that trouble after importing data from a brokerage firm.  If you go to the Wages and Income section and click on Interest and Dividends and Investments items via the Update button, you may see some "needs attention" buttons there.  Hope that helps, but it could be something else.  If you are willing to look at the Forms (click on the View menu at the very top of the screen on the desktop version), fields with errors tend to be highlighted.  You can get back to the Interview by clicking View again and select "Step-by-Step."

If you're using TurboTax Online, clear your  Cache and Cookies after your Review.

 

Some items that still say 'needs review' are reminders only, and won't affect your return or Efiling.
