When I downloaded direct from the Intuit site, there was never a license code that appeared, so I have nothing to enter. The program was in my downloads folder but no code. The website is the opposite of helpful, and the robotic phone "assistant" merely sent me the instructions that had already not helped.
Can you fix this or do I need to go to Staples and buy a physical card with the license code printed? Or switch to another vendor?
