No FIEN for interest under $10.00, it wants me to review with an expert?

I had bank interest under $10.00. Due to this I didn't get a form for it so I cannot put a FEIN. 

 

I know in the past it was recommended to leave it blank and just file. However, this time it would like me to consult with an expert. 

 

Is there any way around this? I'd hate to bother someone over this issue.

You don't need the FEIN. You should be able to continue past and file. Sometimes we have international funds or odd things that may need to be addressed. Yours is straightforward, no worries, file!
