NJ Other Wage Adjustments - W2

For NJ State Returns in the 'Other Wage Adjustments - W-2' section it states "Enter any other required adjustments to your New Jersey wages on the next available line below...your New Jersey w2 state wages must usually include, in addition to box 1 wages, the following: employee elective amounts contributed to all types of pension plans other than a 401(k) plan.”

I am very confused, what should I be entering there, the items in box 14 - other where it has State Pension 414H, NJ Sui, Sec 125, etc. or do I leave that section blank? The amount in box 16 (I believe that is for state?) is higher than box 1 (federal?). I've never touched/withdrawn from any of the box 14 items - they're taken out of my paycheck to put towards those plans.
