New Name Change- Social Securiy Card and Driver's License Don't Match Yet

So I did file my name change with Social Security and have a new social security card, but I haven't yet for my drivers license in time for taxes. What do I do? At the end when TurboTax asks for a driver's license number to file, the name will not match. Help!

Most states don’t require the license information. Try ignoring that screen by just clicking continue.

I'm filing in California and my name changed in 2026 not 2025 and i do have the new Social Securiy Card. As TurbonTax asks for your driver's license in the end, will this effect things?

I live in California and ignore that screen since California doesn’t require that information. Just click continue.
