New green card holder state and federal tax filling while working outside the states

Hi all,

I was living in the states under a J1 visa from 2019 to beginning of 2022, out since there except for vacations. This coming December I will be reentering the states but as a Green Card holder. I did some reading at it seems (if I understood correctly) I should submit taxes next year since I will become a resident for tax purposes the moment I enter the states on December. During this year I have been working in Spain so I was wondering if someone here could help me to figure it out if I do need to file federal and/or state taxes next year?, What forms would I need to file? I wont have a W2, can I used TurboTax to submit earnings  coming from abroad or does TurboTax takes into account tax country treaties?

Apologies for so many questions at once and thank you very much
