I found the following guidance from the IRS IP PIN website, and I believe that it might help you with your current situation. If you aren't able to retrieve your IP PIN online from the IRS website, I would give the number below a call and see if an assistor can help you resolve this issue so that you can finish and submit your return.
How to get your IP PIN reissuedIf you're unable to retrieve your IP PIN online, you may call us at 800-908-4490 for specialized assistance, Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. your local time (Alaska & Hawaii follow Pacific Time), to have your IP PIN reissued. An assistor will verify your identity and mail your IP PIN to your address of record within 21 days.
Exceptions:
you’ll need to complete and mail a paper tax return without your IP PIN. We’ll review your return to confirm it’s yours but this may delay any refund you’re due.

Do you have a question for this user forum? Is it about an IP PIN? Otherwise, we don't have any idea why you are posting.
If you had a 6-digit IP PIN last year, did you receive one yet in the mail from the IRS this year?
