Need to notify you of bad product disk, glue on disk, will not load!

Received order 11/24/2017, did not load, I downloaded program, it works. I want to make sure I'm not recharged.

If you are an Advantage subscriber a free installation file for both Windows and Mac was pushed to your download account.
