Need to fill out a form to allow my boyfriend to claim my children. we all live together
my boyfriend and i live together. i was wondering if there was a form to fill out giving him permisson to claim my 3 children as dependents, we all live together

When he does his taxes and claims the children as dependents, that will be "the form" that you fill out. He'll need each child's name and social security number to claim them.
