Need to file Tax Form 8915-E for distributing the tax on Early withdrawal of 401K amount due to Covid19 / Unemployment crisis

Greetings. Last year I lost my job due to COVID19 crisis and withdrew my entire 401K amount due to Unemployment crisis for more than 8 months. I need help in filing the 8915-E form to distribute the tax over three years. However, it's not available in the Turbotax 2020 Deluxe Edition.

Please help / advise me about how to proceed on this case.

The TurboTax desktop software had an update on 02/26/2021 that includes the Form 8915-E. You have to update your edition to the latest release. Click on Online and click on Check for Updates.

You have to enter or edit a Form 1099-R and then answer the Covid-19 questions before the software will generate the Form 8915-E and include the form in the federal tax return that is filed.
