Need my iP pin it got lost and I’m having trouble getting it

I am having a hard to e file my stimulus and filling my taxes I’m also get ssi I have gotten nothing because in 1991 someone stole my identity and when I got married I changed my name so if any one could help me through this it would be kool you guy are charging me $250 for all your services but no one has reallly help me finish my taxes I will not pay you guy I have tried for 2 months s now
