Need a human to solve a simple issue - didn't receive the product I purchased

It wasn't until I purchased my 2021 Turbotax Deluxe that I was notified I never received the IDnotify service I bought last year. The email notification indicated that they reactivated it for this year. The problem is that I already bought the same service and filed my return. Now I have 2 subscriptions to IDnotify. I only need one. It would have been nice to either get a partial refund or extend my current subscription. Instead I spent 2 hours calling in and being placed on hold numerous times with no resolution. The customer service reps were very nice, but were not able to resolve the issue. I'm left to accept the fact that I payed for a product I never received until I bought another one. The Satisfaction Guarantee is very narrow and doesn't account for products / services never received. 

Very frustrating!
