My wife was on short disability for a child birth but we don't have a 1099-G, should we have received one?

My wife was on short-term disability (6 weeks) after the birth of our child. I understand this is considered Paid Family Leave, but we don't have a 1099-G.  Should we have received one? I'm wondering if the income is included in the W-2 instead? Is so, is there a way to confirm that is the case? Any advice is appreciated!

Confirm with the employer  but if she paid the ST disability premiums with after tax dollars then the payments are not taxable just like Aflac payments.  If there were taxable then you should have gotten a W-2 or 1099 for it ... if it was included in the wages look for box 13 SICK PAY box to be marked.
