MY WIFE AND I OWN AN ANNUITY TOGETHER BUT YOUR S/W DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE DUAL OWNERSHIP. HELP PLEASE

My wife and I own an annuity together but your S?W does not accommodate dual ownnership. Please help.

If you are co-owners of the annuity the person that is listed first on the 1099-R is the person recorded at the IRS as the owner.  If you are filing Married Filing Jointly the full amount will be allocated to that person listed first.
