My wage went up with the minimun wage increase. How does that affect my tax return?

I am making slightly more money due  to the minimum wage increase. Does that count as if I had gotten a raise?

You did get a raise, so, yes, it counts as a raise, regardless of whether you receive it because of a change in minimum wage or for your own performance.  You still just enter your W-2 exactly as it's reported to you.
