My W-2 Box 18 = zero. When I try to efile it asks to check the entry stating Box 18 cant be less than Local withholding. I tried $0.00 and didnt work. How do I fix it?

If the W-2 was uploaded or imported, please delete and type it in. 

If Box 19 shows an amount (local income tax) Box 18 should show that much or more. 

In other words, if Box 19 shows $100 Detroit city tax withheld, Box 18 showing Detroit wages must be 100 or more.
